WEEKLY MAINTENANCE

Regular, Weekly Cleanings and Balance (pricing varies for pools less than 10,000 gal./pools over 35,000 gal.)

Once A Week

Call for Quote (4-Visits/Month) 10,000- 35,000 gallons

Includes Testing and Balancing Water, Netting, Vacuuming, Brushing Walls and Tiles, Blowing Pool Deck, Checking Equipment and Vacuum and Emptying all Baskets (Skimmers and Pumps). -Most balancing chems included(Excluding Salt which is per LB/BAG).

You'll receive a comprehensive report detailing work done with readings taken( water chemistry) , dosages added, pictures before and after, and any/all issues of equipment needing to be addressed to keep your pool in tip top shape and peachy clean!

Twice A Week

Price Varies ( Depending on Size/Gallons)

Same Excellent Service as Once a Week (Preferred for those who have rental or income properties, or commercial sites)

Algae Outbreak/Phosphate Removal

Call for Quote (Includes 2 Visits, First-Test/Treat, Second-Removal/Rebalance)

Service to include Testing, Treating , and Removing Algae/Phosphates (This includes the use of Shock and other Specialty Chemicals which are charged on per use basis). Each instance is unique to the equipment and condition at the time of treatment, which will effect the "turnover" rate. Most cases can be remedied in 2-3 visits over a 72-96 hr period.

REPAIR / EQUIPMENT INSPECTION & DIAGNOSTIC

Equipment Repair/Parts Replacements/ Filter, Salt Cell Cleanings

Pool/Equipment Diagnostic Service Call

Call for Quote(Certain Instances May Be Free of Charge If More Work Is Required)

-Service call to diagnose potential/ongoing issues with pool or equipment . After that point, quote can be made once situation has been assessed. Each job varies in price depending on what parts may be needed.

Filter Cartridge Cleanings

Call for Quote

-Inspection and Cleaning of Cartridges. Cleaned with pressure washer and solution , checked for wear and functionality. All Orings , Manifold, and other essential filter parts checked and lubed as well. Recommended every 6 months, each pool varies based on use and debris.

Salt Cell/System Inspection and Cleaning

Call for Quote

-Removal, Inspection and Cleaning of Cell. Removing any and all build up on grids of cell. Re-installing and checking for proper function. Recommended every 6 months, each pool varies based on usage of unit.

Pool Opening/Closing

Starting @ $325

-Cover/Uncover Pool, Winterize/Unwinterize Equipment. Most Openings require several visits to clear water and balance chemistry. Opening price includes 2 visits with additional costing $50 per.
